Monument (trifloxysulfuron) will control carpetweed. Atrazine or simazine applied preemergence or early postemergence are also effective.Turflon Ester (triclopyr) will provide fair to good control of this weed. Three-ways, unless they contain triclopyr, are generally ineffective.
